Suveyda Imdat
Clinical Psychologist
Every person carries a story within — sometimes it seeks to be understood, sometimes simply to be heard. My work began with the intention of creating space for these stories, and accompanying them.
After completing my undergraduate studies in Psychology, I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology in Warsaw, where exposure to diverse cultures and approaches shaped my perspective on the therapeutic process.
I provide psychological support for adults, working with concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, anger and stress management, eating disorders, addiction, and sexual difficulties.
My training includes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Logotherapy, Sex Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Jungian Therapy — approaches I draw on flexibly, tailored to each client's needs.
My practice focuses on trauma, panic disorder, depression, anxiety, grief, phobias, eating disorders, stress and anger management, obsessions, psychosomatic symptoms, addiction, recovery from abuse, sexual difficulties, and personality patterns.
I see this work as offering a safe space — one where mental, emotional, and bodily burdens can feel more manageable, and where each person is accompanied without judgment, at their own pace.
