I am Nutrition Specialist & Dietitian Nehir Ertem, an internationally practising expert who combines evidence-based nutrition approaches with the perspectives of psychology, functional medicine, and holistic health. I completed my undergraduate education in Warsaw in English with High Honours and am currently advancing my expertise in Psychodietetics through a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in Europe.

My primary areas of expertise include bariatric surgery nutrition, oncology dietetics, and psychodietetics. I also work extensively in sports nutrition, functional medicine, and holistic nutrition.

Through my interdisciplinary approach, I address both the physiological and psychological aspects of complex cases, including eating disorders, emotional eating, weight management, and metabolic diseases.

I provide personalised nutrition counselling across a wide range of specialties, including weight management, medical nutrition therapy for chronic diseases, bariatric surgery nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding, paediatric and adolescent nutrition, nutrition in oncology, and psychodietetics.

I provide online consultations to clients from different countries around the world and make evidence-based nutrition knowledge accessible on an international scale through The NutriPath, my online English magazine. By integrating science, psychology, and individual lifestyle factors, I aim to provide my clients with sustainable and long-lasting solutions.
