Eylul Ece Ceylan

Clinical Psychologist

My journey into psychology began with a desire to understand one's own story, and to explore what it means to be an individual within society.

In my work, I primarily draw on EMDR, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a holistic, supervised approach.

I provide psychological support for adults, working with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress — with a particular focus on migration and adaptation, self-compassion, and somatic symptoms.

My academic path in Warsaw exposed me to diverse cultural contexts, shaping how I understand each client's unique rhythm, their connection with the world, and their inner resources. I bring this understanding into my practice in a flexible way, tailored to each person's needs — focusing not only on symptoms, but on the full scope of their lived experience.

My aim is to support your journey of self-discovery, and to help create a space where you can relate to yourself with greater compassion.

If you're ready to look at your story not from the outside, but from within — and to build a connection where you truly feel understood — I'm here to accompany you on that journey.
